SMART IDEAS offers engineering and project management services. It carries out Greenfield projects (new construction, extension) and Brownfield projects (replacement, life extension, modification). The methodology used is CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management), a variant of TOC (Theory of Constraints), which enables projects to be delivered under the best possible conditions (deadlines, quality and budget).
